Initiative has to be:
- Addressing Education for children in Ghana
- Innovative
- Early-stage
- Improve lives of children
- System-changing
- Scalable
- Having a sustainable financing plan
Individual has to have:
- Entrepreneurial skills
- Leadership skills
- Passion for social change
